What we are looking for:

CA or CWA with 1-2 year experience or CA inter with 2-3 year experience in the field of Order to Cash including revenue recognition as per ASC 606.

The role purpose and scope:

• End to End Invoice processing & submission to client and intercompany.     
• Revenue working & recognition on monthly basis.
• Revenue book closure during month end, quarter end and annual closure.
• Follow up on the collection with Sales ops & EAE.
• Application of receipt in NetSuite
• Coordinate with Sales ops & FP&A to deliver reports & approval of deals in Sales force
• Monthly working on Sales Commission & coordination with sales ops for approval.
• Monthly revenue closures & related reports along with coordination with FPA.
• Weekly reporting of Invoicing, revenue & Ageing.
• Inter-company / capitalisation reconciliation.
• Assistance to file sales tax / VAT returns in USA and UK respectively.
• Assistance during tax audit for 26 AS reconciliation.

Experience and skills:

• Order to Cash Processing
• Adaptable and flexible in timing & ready to work with US/UK time.
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well within the team
• Strong in microsoft excel
• Ability to quickly learn the new tools & internal application
• Good in basics of accounting and have any ERP knowledge
