The Opportunity:

Factorial Energy is seeking a Finance intern to join our team in our Billerica, MA location. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in MS Excel, data analysis, and passionate about growing their career in Finance.  

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of financial operations, including strategic finance, accounting and budget management
  • Work with finance team to review and analyze market and operational data
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements
  • Assist in forecast and budget preparation, including but not limited to forecast input, presentations, and cost analyses
  • Assist various finance functions as needed, including AP, procurement and accounting
  • Collaborate with Corp Dev, Strategy and Business Operations departments on key initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled full time in an accredited university or MBA program
  • Finance, Business or Accounting majors preferred
  • Highly skilled in MS Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well organized, good communication skills and desire to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of data

Compensation:

  • $18 USD per hour
