About Beewise
At Beewise, we develop and operate autonomous robotic beehives that actively protect and support bee colonies — enabling sustainable pollination and revolutionizing agri-tech.
We combine robotics, AI, and environmental tech to bring precision to the heart of nature.
Our operations are expanding rapidly in the U.S., and we’re building a growing technician team to ensure continuous monitoring, service, and performance across our hive network. This is an exciting time to join a developing operation with global impact, where your contributions shape real-world results.
Fort Meade, FL (field-based, with occasional travel)
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Field Technician to join our operations team and support the deployment, maintenance, and repair of advanced robotic beekeeping and agri-tech systems. You will be working directly in agricultural environments — orchards, fields, and bee pastures — ensuring that our robotic hives and related equipment operate reliably.
This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of field technician or assembly experience, who enjoys working outdoors, solving technical problems, and supporting sustainable agriculture.

Nice-to-Haves
Beewise is probably the coolest, most impactful, start-up you haven't heard of; yet. The first of its kind to successfully save the bees, at scale, and by that secure the global food supply. We do this by deploying Machine Learning, AI, precision robotics, and state of the art software and hardware designs (Lean anyone?). We operate at the intersection of software, artificial intelligence, hardware and biology. Can it get any more challenging? If you like a good challenge and are ready to work for a mid-sized start-up with an (almost) impossible mission, to save the world (no less), keep reading.
