Stellar Global is recruiting a Field Team Executive to work with our 3rd party retail teams across the UK and Ireland.
In this role the Field Team Executive will be responsible for supporting the Sage Appliances, Therabody, Electrolux, Oura & Bosch accounts and Product Expert teams for Saturday, Sunday & Monday ( 22.5 hrs per week). This role is mainly a field role in the UK and Ireland, so the ability to travel and stay away from home will be essential. You will be required to work from the London Bridge HQ office for a minimum of 2 Mondays per month.

Key Accountabilities:
Manage staff compliance to aid successful delivery of physical campaigns (aiming for 100% compliance) such as ensure staff check in and out on time each day, communicate illnesses and schedule changes etc
Support with the training of staff across UK & Ireland, visiting staff on a regular basis (minimum 2 weekends per month travelling to stores with occasional overnight stays)
Aid in the onboarding and ongoing training of staff and visit a minimum of 2 store locations each week
Deliver outstanding client service and campaigns to meet their KPIs and deadlines.
Be familiar with up to date account reporting processes (admin) , for example: export reports from Looker Studios and collate data using Microsoft and/or Google products, regular use of software such as Jotform, Deputy and POS systems such as Square

Person Specification ( knowledge/experience):
A proven track record of excellent performance and attendance, ideally in retail environment or on the field in a similar role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good understanding of Microsoft and/or Google products
A motivated, can-do mindset
Frequent travel with overnight stays
Full UK driving licence (desirable)
Access to own car with insurance for business use (desirable)
Able to work in the London Bridge HQ office for a minimum of 2 Mondays per month
What do we offer:
£18k annual salary plus bonus
Part time role, Saturday to Monday
22.5 contracted hours
Working shift: 9am- 5.30pm

Hybrid role: 2 days in the office (London Bridge) per month
Travel to sites, occasional overnight stay ( travel expenses will be covered), across UK and Ireland
