Role details:
Part-time: 30 hours per week or Full -time: 37.5hrs
Work pattern: Friday-Monday for PT and Thu-Monday for FT
London based role with travel to stores across UK and Ireland expected

Support Sage Appliances, Therabody, Electrolux & Bosch account team on weekends, helping deliver these campaigns to a high standard.
Stellar Global is recruiting a Field Team Executive to work with our 3rd party retail teams across the UK and Ireland. In this role the Field Team Executive will be responsible for supporting the Sage Appliances, Therabody, Electrolux & Bosch accounts and Product Expert teams for Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday (plus Thursday for full time). This role is mainly a field role in the UK and Ireland, so the ability to travel and stay away from home will be essential.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage staff compliance to aid successful delivery of physical campaigns (aiming for 100% compliance)
Build positive relationships with staff to drive motivation and loyalty
Support with the training of staff across UK & Ireland, visiting staff on a regular basis (minimum 2 weekends per month travelling to stores with occasional overnight stays)
Deliver outstanding client service, aid in delivering campaigns to meet client KPIs and deadlines
Be familiar with up to date account reporting processes (admin)

Person Specification (knowledge/experience):
A proven track record of excellent performance and attendance
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good understanding of Microsoft and/or Google products
A motivated, can-do mindset
Frequent travel with overnight stays
Full UK driving licence (desirable)
Access to own car with insurance for business use (desirable)
Experience in leading teams either in a similar role on the field or in a retail environment (desirable)
What do we offer:
£24k part time or £30k full-time equivalent) plus company bonus
4 days week (Fri-Mon) or 5 days (Thu-Mon)
9am- 5.30pm shift
Supporting all third party retail (Sage, Electrolux, Therabody, Bosch)
Admin work and field team visits
Minimum 2x weekends in field per month with likely overnights
Travel to sites paid, not to office in London Bridge
