Why this role is awesome: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Support Shift Lead to oversee and coordinate shift operations related to fleet cleaning, charging, rebalancing, and overall vehicle readiness. The FS Lead will act as the primary point of contact for on-shift operational execution and team coordination, ensuring high performance, accountability, and timely communication.

What you'll be driving:

• Lead and coordinate the on-shift FSA team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of cleaning, charging, and rebalancing of the fleet.
• Monitor fleet readiness and take proactive steps to maintain optimal vehicle availability throughout the shift.
• Act as the main point of contact for fleet readiness and shift-related updates, escalating issues to leadership as necessary.
• Work directly with the Operations Coordinator to align shift priorities, adjust to changing needs, and execute tasks in line with operational goals.
• Track task completion and assist in compiling and submitting end-of-shift reports, including vehicle status, issues encountered, and team performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and operational procedures.
• Support new FSA training as needed and promote a strong team culture through example and leadership.
• Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Dispatch, Fleet Management) when necessary to support smooth shift handoffs and operations.

What are we looking for: 

• Proven experience as a Field Support Agent or similar fleet/operations support role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; prior experience leading small teams is a plus.
• Excellent time management and task coordination skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic vehicle or equipment issues and escalate when needed.
• Comfortable using fleet management tools, task trackers, and communication platforms.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, or holidays as required.

Desirable skills:

• Experience with electric vehicle (EV) fleets, vehicle charging processes, or car-sharing platforms.
• Familiarity with fleet management software and shift reporting tools.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
