Accountabilities:

·         Manage relationships with office-supply vendors and serve as the primary contact for field requests.

·         Coordinate with vendors overseeing service contracts and monitor fulfillment of agreements.

·         Monitor and respond to sourcing inquiries submitted by retail locations through centralized communication channels.

·         Assist with general sourcing tasks including toner orders, inventory management, and vendor coordination.

·         Act as a subject-matter expert for shipping-related questions, escalations, and tracking needs.

·         Research and resolve escalated issues, providing timely updates to field locations.

·         Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with sourcing processes and service-level expectations.

·         Collaborate with senior support specialists to streamline intake and follow-through of sourcing requests.

Requirements

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support, field support, or sourcing coordination roles.

·         Strong service orientation with the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently.

·         Experience managing vendor relationships and navigating contract or service-related questions.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

·         Experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing/CRM systems is a plus.

·         Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-support tools is advantageous.
