Field Service Technician

Isofttek Solutions Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site Field Service Technician for our client, Precision Automation® Company, Inc., located in Cinnaminson, NJ. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for equipment assembly, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and providing technical support to customers. This role requires occasional travel to customer sites for equipment installation, commissioning, training, and support. Additionally, the Field Service Technician will collaborate with Precision Automation's in-house technical team on machinery build and integration projects when not working in the field.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in automation systems and machinery
• Experience with electromechanical equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to provide technical support and training to customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial but not mandatory

Benefits

Pay range in Cinnaminson, NJ: Base salary of $26/hr - $33/hr (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.)

Additional compensation types: Bonus, profit sharing, overtime
