Field Service Technician

Location: Amsterdam (City Centre & Southeast)

Hours: 40 hrs per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Rate: EUR 22 per hour

About the Role

Are you handy, have an interest in technology, and want to work with innovative cleaning solutions such as our autonomous cleaning robots? Then this is your chance!

As a Field Support Engineer, you will maintain, repair, and optimize our floor cleaning machines and dosing systems at customer locations in the Amsterdam area. You will receive comprehensive training and a service van, so that after your onboarding period you can work independently.

You will join a team where technology, customer focus, and innovation come together – with plenty of opportunities to develop yourself in a growing field: robotics and smart cleaning technology.

What You’ll Do

·        Maintain and repair bespoke floor cleaning machines, cleaning robots, and dosing equipment.

·        Provide technical support to customers using our systems both online and in person

·        Provide solutions for technical challenges on-site.

·        Coordinate assigned tasks on a daily basis ensuring all jobs are completed

·        Work with a focus on customer service, quality, and safety

Requirements

What You Bring

·        A technical education (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering) or proven technical affinity.

·        Ability to communicate in English and Dutch, with a desire to further improve your language skills.

·        Driver’s license B – a service van will be provided.

·        Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for help.

·        Customer-oriented, eager to learn, and open to modern technology such as robotics.
