Field Service Operations Coordinator

As a Field Service Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient planning, coordination, and execution of field service and installation activities across our international service organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating, and booking travel for external installations and service assignments related to new machine installations and service activities, in close cooperation with European and international hubs, installation teams, sales, project management, and external service providers.
• Coordinating onboarding and qualification activities for new Field Service Technicians, including planning and arranging technical training and structured onboarding programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Preparing and calculating quotations for field service and installation work.
• Processing and clarifying warranty and goodwill cases in close coordination with relevant internal interfaces.
• Acting as a central coordination point between internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of service activities.
• Supporting continuous improvement of planning, coordination, and service execution processes.

Your Profile

• You have completed technical or commercial vocational training.
• You bring experience from a similar coordination, service operations, or planning role (preferred).
• You have a solid technical understanding, ideally within pharmaceutical machinery or a related technical environment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Navision and strong Excel skills are an advantage.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to adapt flexibly to changing priorities.
• You work in a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented manner.
• You communicate confidently in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and interest in the Pharma and MedTech sectors
