Field Service Manager
TLDR
Act as a central figure managing service delivery and building a local service team for Envipco while ensuring compliance with company standards and supporting customer satisfaction.
Summary: As a Field Service Manager, together with Sales, you are the face of Envipco towards our customers. Your main tasks will be to build up the local service team in Poland to support the growing install base. Qualify potential service partners, ensure company policies/best practices are followed and in general, manage and be accountable for daily service operations. You will work very closely with the country manager and central back-office teams to ensure the successful deployment, commissioning, and ongoing support of RVM’s into the Polish market.
The position will be closely aligned to our European Support team to ensure a structured transfer of knowledge and experience from the field to support continuous improvement for our entire product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Act as the overall responsible for Envipco’s service delivery in your region. Manage priorities and workload, set objectives and evaluate
Play a very active role in the recruitment and onboarding of technical staff within your region
Prepare forecasts together with Sales to ensure the organization is growing inline with install base expansion
Direct collaboration with operations and development teams to make sure that service level agreements (SLAs) are guaranteed
Manage the operational activities in accordance to the agreed commitments
Evaluate contract and project risks, identify and execute risk mitigation actions
Provide consolidated management reporting to the customer and steering committee on the services delivered
Plan and supervise the execution of quality reviews
Play a key role in add-on sales with Business Development team
Manage a team of direct technicians as well as external partners
Gather feedback direct from customers for future improvements/enhancements to our devices
Stay up to date with new product developments to ensure we always deliver the highest level of service possible
Requirements
Qualifications:
At least 5 years’ experience in successfully developing/leading field service teams
You should be a pro-active problem solver, calm under pressure and driven by customer satisfaction
Practical knowledge of Customer Service and Project Management
Confident in setting/monitoring KPI’s, both internal and external
Experience in managing direct/indirect teams
Clear in communication, focused and patient
Fluent in English & Polish, any other European language is a plus
