Field Service Engineer
As a Field Service Engineer, you provide technical support to the maintenance departments of customers/owners of attractions. Main workplace will be the US with the mainoffice in Florida.
What will you do?
You will accept requests and orders regarding technical support for the maintenance departments.
You analyze requests for technical support, usually at the customer’s location, diagnose the technical problem, propose solutions, and act as a troubleshooter.
You develop proposals for product modifications and/or upgrades, in consultation with the Sustaining Development Engineer if necessary, that contribute to the structural resolution of frequent technical failures, disruptions, and/or defects in the proper functioning of the attractions.
You advise and instruct the maintenance departments on-site regarding possible solutions and maintenance routines for the identified problems and, if necessary, perform inspections related to their proper application and execution.
Upon request, you provide training or instructions to maintenance personnel servicing the customers/owners of attractions, thereby optimizing their actual knowledge of the technical aspects and specifications of the attractions.
You prepare for regular service visits to customers, identify customer experiences with the supplied attractions, their operation, and technical maintenance (maintenance-friendliness), and provide feedback to our organization, initiating changes and/or improvements if necessary.
