- You will carry out preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and updates of equipment and training on equipment intended for the fields of research and clinical.
- You will provide on-site assistance in troubleshooting and repairs.
- You will ensure the functionality and safety of research and clinical equipment in accordance with current specifications and regulations.
- You will write technical documentation and intervention reports.
- You will manage your car stock and work closely with the sales and applications team to provide excellent customer support.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, and mechatronics engineering. You have extensive experience as a field service engineer ideally with a background in research/clinical or diagnostics equipment.
- You have a solid understanding of electronics, mechanics, fluidics, and optics. Basic knowledge of natural sciences, diagnostics, therapeutics, and biology is desirable.
- Experience with imaging, flow cytometry or cell sorting equipment is an advantage.
- Fluency in (technical) English and French is essential. Knowledge of IT tools (hardware and software) is required.
- You will have a quality customer service, organizational, and planning mindset, combined with the ability to technically analyze the problems to be solved. You will travel regionally and domestically with occasional international travel.
