We are excited to meet our next Field Service Technician who will help us strengthen Battery Storage operations across Greece.

- Act as the technical interface to our customers and take ownership of dispatched service cases.
- Conduct on‑site installation, maintenance, repairs, tests, upgrades, and rework activities for Battery Energy Storage Systems.
- Diagnose technical issues, analyse error messages, and deliver effective, customer‑oriented solutions.
- Support Project Management during commissioning, site acceptance tests, and related field activities.
- Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date documentation across service reports, work instructions, and contractual obligations.
- Contribute to claim management, RMA processes, and Quality/Customer Feedback analysis.
Your profile
Sounds good so far? Perfect! To feel comfortable and empowered in this role, it would help if you bring the following background:
- Education as an Electrical Technician or Engineer, ideally with exposure to Battery Storage solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting, claim handling, and solution‑oriented field execution.
- Strong customer orientation, with the ability to handle critical situations professionally.
- Independent, structured, and motivated mindset within an international environment.
- Greek and English C1.
- Confident using MS Office and comparable software tools.
- Valid driving licence, willingness to travel, and openness for on‑call duty occasionally on weekends or nights.
- Comfortable working from a home‑office setup.
