Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Scalable, milestone-secure programme delivery
  Partner with Missions and corporate security to own the end-to-end customer security workstream, make the delta from the ICEYE baseline explicit early, and align implementable actions to programme milestones and regulatory requirements.
• Protect the standard product
  Prevent customer-specific variants by raising exception risks early, converting recurring deltas into structured proposals, and making trade-offs visible before commitments are locked in.
• Proactive risk management
  Identify blockers, ambiguities, and emerging risks early, drive timely decisions, and own resolution to avoid late-stage impact to schedules or deliverables.

Clear stakeholder communication
Provide clear status updates and translate complex security requirements into understandable work items and documentation that support milestone-based acceptance.

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

• Strong experience leading customer-facing security or compliance workstreams in complex, regulated environments
• Ability to translate security requirements into structured, implementable technical and operational work
• Proven track record of managing requirement deltas, risk trade-offs, and milestone-based delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, product, corporate security, and customer teams

Nice to haves:

• Experience working in defence, aerospace, or nationally regulated security environments
• Familiarity with security baselines, accreditation processes, and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Experience influencing product evolution based on recurring customer patterns rather than one-off exceptions

Base salary range for this position is contingent on experience, and will be negotiated individually.
