Field Sales Executive – Newcastle
£60k–£70k OTE | Uncapped Commission | Guaranteed Minimum £2,120/month

The Role
Location: Newcastle and surrounding areas (field-based)
Territory includes: Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham (shared across the team)
Employment: Full-time, permanent
This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. We offer a guaranteed minimum commission of £2,120 per month while you build your territory.
Typical earnings are £60k–£70k OTE, with higher potential for top performers.
You’ll be assigned a local patch within this territory, allowing you to build and manage your own area effectively rather than covering the full region.
Progression: High performers can progress into Territory Manager roles as we expand the UK business.
