Location: Remote / Outbound Field Sales (Zwolle)
Salary: Guaranteed salary +
uncapped commission - OTE - EUR 4.000- 7.000 per month (the more you sell, the more you earn!)
What you'll do
- Meet with merchants on-site, booked for you by our SDR team - demo Flatpay’s solution and close contracts (about 75% of signings).
- Build your own pipeline through referrals, networking, and cold canvassing (about 25% of signings).
- Tailor and present solutions that solve real merchant pain points - and make payments simple again.
- Deliver and install payment terminals for newly signed merchants, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Champion customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships built on trust.
- Provide valuable feedback to our SDR, Marketing, and Product teams to help refine our go-to-market strategy.

Skills & Attributes
- Proven ability to find opportunities and close deals in the field.
- Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation, and objection handling.
- Self-starter mindset - resilient, driven, and motivated by results.
- Organised and disciplined with strong territory planning and pipeline management.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with SDR and Ops teams.
- Valid driving licence.
Background
- Experience in B2B field sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience selling to SME owners (industry experience in payments is a plus, but not required).
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
