As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Sales Consultants/Supervisors while consistently training and developing them. You will be responsible to handle a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team, setting team targets, forecasting revenue and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. This will include intensive daily reviews with the team, scheduling meetings with clients, providing feedback after meetings, and ensuring that the sales team are well equipped to do their jobs well. You will also be responsible for tracking sales performance metrics and reporting these results back to senior management.
