Oversee field sales audits to ensure compliance and operational integrity across Yassir's distribution network while detecting fraud and identifying performance gaps.
The Field Sales Audit Lead is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the performance and compliance of Yassir’s field sales and distribution network — including sales representatives, collectors, and agents.
The role ensures that the field sales force operates with integrity, adheres to operational standards, represents the brand accurately, and delivers consistent quality and visibility across all locations.
This function serves as an independent control arm to validate sales effectiveness, detect operational gaps, and identify potential fraud or misconduct within the distribution chain.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Sales & Agent Performance Audits
Conduct regular field audits across assigned regions to assess: Agent presence and operational status (active, inactive, or closed).Accuracy of geo-locations on the system and physical verification.Availability and visibility of marketing materials (posters, stickers, light boxes, etc.).Cleanliness and brand consistency at agent outlets.
Assess whether agents can confidently explain Yassir Cash services to consumers:
Cash-in / Cash-out procedures.
Bill payment, airtime, and merchant payment features.
Customer benefit communication and sales techniques.
Verify if agents know their assigned sales rep or account manager, can rate their service, and understand escalation channels.
2. Sales Reps & Collector Evaluation
Audit sales representatives’ performance through on-ground observation, shadow visits, and agent feedback surveys.
Confirm that sales reps:
Visit their assigned agents regularly.
Maintain accurate float and cash reconciliation records.
Report genuine sales performance data (detect ghost activity or inflated KPIs).
Analyze patterns of low performance, sudden transaction drops, or territory inconsistencies.
Ensure adherence to territory management, route plans, and visit frequency standards.
3. Fraud & Irregularity Detection
Detect potential misappropriation of funds, false reporting, or collusion between agents and field staff.
Identify fake activations, duplicate agents, or inactive accounts being counted in performance reports.
Work with Compliance, FinOps, and HR to investigate misconduct and recommend corrective actions.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports summarizing:Regional coverage vs plan.Agent quality scores (knowledge, branding, performance).Sales rep or collector ranking and rating from field verification.Detected anomalies or suspected fraud cases.
Present findings and actionable insights to the Head of Sales Operations, Compliance, and Country Manager.
Follow up on remedial actions and track closure of audit recommendations.
5. Process & Continuous Improvement
Recommend improvements in sales rep training, agent onboarding, and brand visibility standards.
Contribute to the creation of field sales audit tools, checklists, and rating frameworks.
Propose KPIs and incentive adjustments based on objective field audit findings.
Key Interfaces
Internal: Sales Operations, Distribution, FinOps, Compliance, Marketing, and HR.
External: Agents, Sub-agents, Collectors, Regional Distributors.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Audit, Commerce, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sales audit, trade marketing audit, or field control — ideally in Fintech, FMCG, or Telecom sectors.
Deep understanding of agent networks, field sales structures, and cash management cycles.
Experience in field investigation or mystery-shopping programs is a plus.
Strong data literacy (Excel, Power BI, or CRM dashboards).
Fluent in Arabic and French (English is an advantage).
Willingness to travel extensively nationwide.
