The Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Administrator to join our Field Sales Operations team in Milan. This role is key to supporting our growing field sales organization, ensuring smooth onboarding of new sales reps, accurate invoice processing, and compliance with Italian Enasarco regulations.

As a Field Sales Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for Italian-speaking agents, vendors, and internal teams, helping streamline administrative processes, maintain accurate records, and support operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding of new field sales reps, ensuring access to IT systems and internal platforms.

  • Review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.

  • Manage Enasarco registrations, contributions, and compliance documentation.

  • Maintain complete and up-to-date agent records across internal systems.

  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Payments, and Commission Calculation teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and compliance tasks as needed.

  • Proactively communicate with agents in Italian to ensure accurate documentation and timely payments.

  • Support reporting and KPI tracking related to agent administration.

 

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics (or high-school diploma in Accounting)

  • Basic familiarity with invoicing or administrative documentation

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset

  • Motivated to learn and grow in a multicultural environment

  • Team-first approach with attention to detail and target orientation

Nice to have:

  • Experience in customer support, internal helpdesk, or sales operations

  • Familiarity with IT processes and tools (e.g., email platforms, Slack)
