Bachelor’s degree in engineering, agricultural, science or related academics background
Understanding of seeds or agricultural supply chain processes would be an advantage
Minimum 3 years working experiences in Quality Assurance in Seeds Production, or for consumer products manufacturers.
Demonstrate experiences working across functional boundaries while driving quality improvements.
Able to work in a multi-cultural and multi-regional environment
Perseverance to strive for high standards and creatively approach roadblocks in the journey of improvement
Interpersonal and communication skills to work across functional boundaries.
Strong process and system driven approach with ability to create comprehensive documentation.
