  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, agricultural, science or related academics background
  • Understanding of seeds or agricultural supply chain processes would be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences in Quality Assurance in Seeds Production, or for consumer products manufacturers.
  • Demonstrate experiences working across functional boundaries while driving quality improvements.
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural and multi-regional environment
  • Perseverance to strive for high standards and creatively approach roadblocks in the journey of improvement
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to work across functional boundaries.
  • Strong process and system driven approach with ability to create comprehensive documentation.
