We are now looking for a Field Quality Inspector to play a key, hands-on role in ensuring material quality across our supply chain.

The role

You will be responsible for supplier inspections, material quality checks and overseeing container loadings to ensure our waste and recycled plastics meet required standards.

This is a field-based role involving regular travel to supplier sites. You will typically be on the road 3–4 days per week and will manage your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct supplier and buyer factory inspections
• Attend and oversee container loadings
• Perform detailed, hands-on material inspections
• Collect, inspect and distribute samples
• Conduct basic quality testing using industry tools (e.g. NIR, micrometer, magnets)
• Identify quality risks, contamination and non-conformances
• Reject non-conforming material where standards are not met
• Report inspection findings to commercial teams
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

About you

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Quality Inspection
• Must have field-based experience
• Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous
• Comfortable working hands-on in the field
• Strong communicator, organised and methodical
• Confident having difficult conversations when quality standards are not met
• Valid driving licence and willing to travel overnight
