The chance to sharpen your skills in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and construction documentation
High-visibility role working directly with Project Executives and Superintendents
Create and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets using Microsoft Project and related tools
Manage RFIs, submittals, change estimates, change orders, ASIs, addenda, and meeting minutes
Track and maintain compliance logs and contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Support payment applications, cash flow projections, and margin analysis
Draft subcontracts and manage assigned subcontractors
Coordinate with Superintendents to verify project status and compile pay applications
Facilitate submittal and constructability reviews
Review daily reports and communicate critical issues to project leadership
Ensure OSHA compliance, PPE requirements, and safety reporting standards are met
Travel to assigned project sites as required
Support project reporting, document control, and operational coordination
Operate company vehicles and perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs
Remain available outside standard business hours when project demands require

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
2 to 4 years of project management experience in construction required
Experience with commercial construction, security construction, or detention equipment preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Adobe, or Bluebeam
Experience with Timberline or similar construction accounting software preferred
AutoCAD and Revit experience preferred
Knowledge of construction documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
OSHA 30 certification required
Valid driver’s license required
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
