Ping Identity is looking for a proactive Field Marketing Specialist to join the Southern European (SEU) region comprising France, Iberia and Italy. This region has gone through rapid expansion in 2025 and has led the EMEA regional growth with strategic focus, accountability and execution. As a result we are looking to expand our SEU marketing function.

To continue on the expected growth trajectory, the SEU team requires additional support to drive net new logo demand and boost brand awareness with a specific focus on Spain and Portugal to achieve the region's ambitious growth targets. 

Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing for Southern Europe, this individual will be an integral part of the marketing function, working alongside them across the SEU region. This innovative and forward-thinking marketing professional will partner closely with the SEU Sales organisation and work with pan-EMEA Go To Market (GTM) teams to develop and implement a strategic integrated GTM plan, focusing on multi-touch campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.

Duty and Responsibilities:

  • Jointly work as part of the SEU marketing team to help develop the strategic approach required for success in region to drive exceptional growth
  • Work with internal parties and third-party vendors to develop and achieve our Go To Market vision in region
  • Support the development and handle the execution of the Spanish and Portuguese marketing plans with clear focus on delivering the metrics of success
  • Support the Head of Field Marketing SEU on other SEU countries as needed
  • Review, refine and develop the regional GTM tactics on a regular basis to ensure continued engagement and penetration into the named strategic accounts
  • Work with the Pan-EMEA marketing leads to create and execute vertical or use case led GTM plans for Account Executives to an enterprise audience (ABM 1:Few, 1:1) when appropriate for Spain and Portugal
  • Provide articulate feedback on the campaigns, analysis of success and next steps
  • Support budget and procurement processes, auditing and accountability for budget spend and management

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or in a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Field Marketing role, ideally in a technology B2B environment
  • Previous experience in the IT industry, preferable fast paced, fast growth environments.
  • Spanish speaker either native or fluent - French, Italian or Portuguese is a +
  • Working knowledge of SFDC and Marketo.
  • Great relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Positive attitude and work collaboratively. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Essential

  • Native or fluent Spanish required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience gained with software vendors (cybersecurity is a +)



Working Conditions:

  • Travel – approximately 30% travel, mostly within the SEU region but some within Europe or US
  • Remote working contract with occasional travel to London and Bristol based offices to work alongside the regional Sales Development Reps
