Develop and execute local marketing strategies and events that resonate with consumers to enhance brand visibility and drive product usage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
STRATEGIC DIRECTION & BRAND PRIORITIES
Effectively execute the brand strategy, adapting it to the local context and identifying new opportunities.
Ensure a deep understanding of consumers and competitors in the region, contributing to the development of ideas and action plans that continue to build brand image and improve local consumer understanding of the product.
Work closely with the local sales team to ensure product availability at every field marketing activity.
Collaborate with the national marketing team in the development of the annual marketing plan for the region.
BRAND APPEAL & EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE
Create and execute key events – both Red Bull–owned and third‑party – to increase brand visibility and drive product usage in relevant consumption occasions.
Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand in line with the national strategy and with a strong focus on the local consumer: from new events and locally relevant ideas to new talent and content creators that resonate with the local audience.
Ensure that every consumer interaction with the brand is positive, driven by strong attention to detail and premium execution of events and brand assets.
MARKETING INNOVATION
Develop a deep understanding of local trends and our Entry Point Consumer to stay increasingly connected to the local consumer.
Create new and innovative ideas that bring the brand to life, leveraging field connections, consumer insights, trends, and local scenes – all grounded in strong ownership of the region and aligned with global and national priorities.
ORGANIZATIONAL CAPABILITIES
Strong time management skills and rigorous control of brand assets – from cans to event execution materials – in line with the local action plan.
Coordinate event execution with the right local agencies to maximize the event experience.
