Trustmi is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to build and execute enterprise field and partner marketing programs that drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline. This highly visible role works closely with the Marketing and the Head of Sales and the broader GTM organization to translate GTM priorities into regional programs, account-focused activations, and partner-led initiatives. This is a remote-first role based in the U.S., designed for a hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
What You’ll Do
· Build annual plans, prioritize budgets and execute regional marketing programs aligned to enterprise sales priorities, including events, roundtables, community programs, campaigns, and account-focused activations. Provide pre- and post-event planning, logistical and on-site support coordinating with vendors
· Increase brand awareness of Trustmi with effective pre-, during and post-communications programs including social media, email, video and community channels.
· Partner directly with AEs, SDR leader and engineering to support territory plans, target accounts, and deal acceleration efforts
· Support major industry events such as RSA, Black Hat, and key fintech conferences, including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
· Collaborate closely with the alliances and partner sales teams to execute co-marketing campaigns, partner webinars, and joint event programs
· Own contribution to marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline across field, partner, and event programs.
· Ensure all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, measure and report on their effectiveness.
· Establish foundational programs for expanding new territories, on-boarding with new AEs, coordinated roadshows and pipeline generation events with internal and external partners.
Requirements
· 4-7 years of B2B field or event marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity or fintech
· Strong communication with the fear of over communication to collaborate with internal and external stakeholder
· Strong analytical, budget and project management skills
· Familiarity with Hubspot, Outreach, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Splash, Zoom and other AI-marketing tools
· Ability to travel to support events and programs and collaborate with local teams
· Comfort contributing to both marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline metrics
· Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with ambiguity, ownership, and limited process
