You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing Growth Marketing team that values innovation, precision, and continuous improvement, where no two days are the same.
What you will do to be successful in this role
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-impact field marketing programs across North America, including owned events, third-party sponsorships, roundtables, and targeted in-market activations that support pipeline growth and revenue objectives
- Own end-to-end event and campaign logistics, from venue and supplier coordination to attendee communications, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Partner closely with Sales teams to align field marketing activities with territory priorities, pipeline needs, and commercial goals, enabling effective lead generation and conversion
- Build knowledge of target markets and buyer audiences, contributing insights to campaign planning and identifying relevant industry events and engagement opportunities to maximize impact
- Manage and maintain the field marketing activity calendar, proactively coordinating timelines, resolving dependencies, and balancing competing priorities to ensure seamless execution across programs
- Support the development of compelling sales collateral and marketing assets, collaborating with creative and product marketing teams to ensure materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered within agreed timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of field marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in field marketing, event coordination, or marketing operations, ideally within a B2B technology or SaaS environment, with a track record of delivering high-quality programs
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to execute marketing programs independently, managing logistics and delivery tasks proactively while keeping stakeholders informed
- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of how marketing activities contribute to pipeline generation, lead qualification, and sales performance
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to ensure aligned execution
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder interactions, coordinate with vendors, and clearly brief creative and marketing teams
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing demands and maintaining high standards of execution
- Growing knowledge of target markets, buyer personas, and industry trends, with the ability to contribute insights to improve campaign effectiveness

- The expected salary range for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 USD annually, with final compensation aligned to experience, skills and geographic location
