What are we looking for?

The Field and Partner Marketing Executive plays a critical role in turning regional and partner marketing plans into high-impact execution. This role owns day to day delivery of field and partner programs, supports regional
priorities, and ensures activities are tightly aligned to sales goals and pipeline progression, with core focus on execution excellence. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond pure co-ordination and is ready to take ownership of campaigns, partner execution, and performance tracking – while continuing to build skills.

What will you do ?

  • Execute field and partner marketing programs that support regional sales priorities and pipeline goals
  • Own end-to-end delivery of campaigns and activities (events, webinars, partner activations, digital follow-ups), from briefing through to
    execution and reporting
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to align marketing activity to target accounts, segments and sales motions
  • Support partner-led and partner-integrated campaigns, including co- marketing activities, MDF execution and joint events
  • Manage timelines, logistics, vendors and budgets for assigned programs,ensuring high quality and on-time delivery
  • Co-ordinate campaign follow-up activity to ensure leads are routed correctly and activities progress prospects through the funnel
  • Track and report on program performance including engagement, leadprogression and pipeline contribution. Maintain clear documentation of plans, execution status, and results to support regional and partner visibility

What skills, experience and knowledge get our attention

  • Experience in field marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation, ideally within B2B (technology or SaaS) and the cybersecurity industry
  • Proven ability to execute marketing programs end-to-end, not just support them
  • Comfortable working with sales teams and partner, with a strong sense of commercial awareness
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience supporting events (physical and virtual), partner campaigns, or account based initiatives
  • Confidence working with marketing systems and tools (e.g. SFDC, Marketo, Asana, DemandBase etc)
  • Ability to track results and tell a clear story about what worked, what didn’t and why
  • Proactive, detail orientated, and comfortable taking ownership within a fast-moving environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work cross-functionally
  • Fluency in English and Polish
