Gigamon – Field & Channel Marketing Manager, Emerging Markets (EMEA)
Gigamon is seeking a driven, experienced Field and Channel Marketing Manager to join our EMEA Field Marketing team supporting Emerging Markets, primarily through our two‑tier channel. You will plan, execute, and measure regional events and programs that generate pipeline with new prospects and existing accounts, and progress opportunities with sales, channel, and ecosystem partners.
The ideal candidate is a strong team player with excellent cross‑functional execution, proven regional marketing experience, and the ability to build trusted relationships with Sales and Partners. You’ll bring a track record of measurable pipeline impact and partner enablement, using a diverse mix of tactics and channels.

What you’ll do
- Develop and own a regional marketing plan to generate opportunities, build pipeline, enable channel partners, and manage end‑to‑end planning and execution of in‑territory events and programs.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and channel to create and deliver regional programs tailored to local markets and target accounts (executive roundtables, roadshows, industry events, summits, networking events, in‑person and virtual seminars, webinars, and digital programs) as part of integrated campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel and key ecosystem alliance partners to strengthen our value proposition, drive market awareness, and generate new opportunities.
- Manage the regional field marketing budget on a quarterly basis.
- Track, analyse, and report on regional marketing contribution and pipeline impact to optimize and justify investment.
- Monitor lead‑to‑opportunity and pipeline flow to ensure timely follow‑up by the appropriate sales channels.
What you’ve done
- Demonstrated Field and Channel Marketing expertise, building collaborative relationships with peers, sales, channel partners, ecosystem partners, and customers.
- Effectively built and communicated regional marketing plans and created buy‑in with sales and channel stakeholders.
- Worked with tools such as Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and are comfortable learning platforms such as Marketo, Workfront, monday.com, 6sense, and Folloze.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology company.

- Strong sense of accountability and ownership, able to manage your business and clearly communicate results back to the organization.
- Willing and able to travel across EMEA for events, conferences, and business meetings.
- Based in our Dubai office.
- Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
