Coder is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Field Marketing Manager EMEA to support the execution of regional marketing activities across EMEA. This role involves working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and the broader marketing and sales teams to deliver programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
You’ll contribute to the planning and delivery of field events, partner campaigns, ABM programs, and demand generation initiatives - helping to localize and execute global strategy for regional success. What you’ll do here
Events & Regional Field Activation (40%)
Play a key role in the execution of event-led regional marketing programs, with a strong focus on delivering in-person and virtual events across EMEA, including trade shows, webinars, executive roundtables meetups, and workshops
Be responsible for day-to-day event execution, including logistics, vendor and agency coordination and communications
Work closely with sales to align on event objectives, target accounts, attendee outreach, and post-event engagement
Support the Senior Marketing Manager in managing the regional event calendar and execution cadence
Demand Generation Campaigns (20%)
Support the execution of integrated campaigns that complement and extend event initiatives across digital, email, paid, and social channels
Assist in localizing global campaign content and messaging for EMEA audiences
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) (20%)
Work with sales and the Senior Marketing Manager to support ABM initiatives for strategic accounts
Customize campaign materials and messaging for target accounts
Help track engagement
Marketing Ops, Admin & Team Support (10%)
Maintain project tracking and timelines in Asana
Coordinate deliverables and updates with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Support regional marketing reporting and ensure campaigns meet brand and messaging guidelines
Partner & Channel Marketing (10%)
Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives with regional partners, including co-branded campaigns, webinars, and content
Assist with partner communications and coordination across teams
Support the delivery of campaign assets and promotional activities
What we’re looking for
2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a regional, field, or campaign-focused role
Experience supporting marketing events (virtual and/or in-person), with an understanding of planning and logistics
Familiar with partner marketing, ABM fundamentals, demand generation tactics, and event coordination
Strong working knowledge of integrated marketing tactics, including email and social media
Comfortable working across teams and time zones with strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple fast-paced projects and deadlines
A proactive and adaptable mindset - comfortable supporting both strategic and tactical work
Able to travel up to 15%

Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns or working alongside sales on target account programs
Previous experience in the tech, SaaS, or developer tools space
Basic familiarity with localization practices for regional messaging
Familiarity with campaign tools and platforms such as HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, or equivalent
Multilingual skills (especially German, French, or Spanish) are a plus
