This role sits at the center of our strategic partner network: collaborating with external law firms, fund administrators, adjacent technology service providers, and other key players to drive demand and deliver outstanding client results. You’ll support high-profile engagements with leading firms across the alternative investment landscape (including top-tier private equity firms, venture capital firms, and RIAs), lead strategic partnership initiatives, and help shape our multi-product footprint. We’re seeking a passionate Field Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and is eager to make an impact in the private markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our global field marketing strategy to drive demand generation, accelerate pipeline growth, and enhance brand presence within target private market segments.

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all field events, including customer dinners, webinars, industry trade shows, customer roundtables, from conception to post-event reporting.

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in Sales, Partnerships, and Client Experience to ensure alignment of field marketing initiatives with sales goals and overall business objectives.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics such as attendance, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of all field marketing activities.

  • Manage regional marketing budgets efficiently, including vendor negotiations and resource allocation, ensuring all events and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Gather insights from field activities and customer feedback to inform broader marketing and product strategies, identify market trends, and monitor competitor activities.

Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing or event marketing within the B2B SaaS or Fintech industry, with a proven track record of successful program execution.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, across multiple geographies.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, performance tracking, and using insights to optimize marketing strategies and demonstrate ROI.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing campaigns, tracking leads, and reporting outcomes.

  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter, take ownership of projects with minimal supervision, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
