Field Marketing Coordinator

TLDR

Support regional marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia by coordinating events, managing vendors, and executing campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Hire Digital is looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator. You will support the successful delivery of regional marketing initiatives that generate pipeline, build brand awareness, and strengthen customer engagement across Southeast Asia.

You will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders across Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing teams. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone organised, proactive, and eager to grow within B2B marketing.

Employment Type

This is an initial 12-month full-time contract, with potential for extension or conversion to the client’s headcount, based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Event Coordination

  • Support end-to-end delivery of conferences, roundtables, webinars, networking events, and partner activations.
  • Coordinate registrations, attendee communications, run-of-show schedules, and on-site logistics.
  • Help ensure a high-quality event experience for customers and stakeholders.

Vendor & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate venues, production vendors, merchandise, catering, and shipping of event materials.
  • Track budgets, timelines, invoices, and vendor deliverables.

Campaign Execution

  • Support promotional campaigns through email invites, landing pages, social media, and sales enablement materials.
  • Coordinate timelines to maximise registrations and attendance.

Lead Management & Reporting

  • Support post-event lead uploads into Salesforce and maintain CRM data accuracy.
  • Coordinate lead handover to SDR and Sales teams.
  • Assist with reporting on registrations, attendance, leads, and pipeline impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams across Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.
  • Support localisation of marketing assets for SEA markets where needed.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in field marketing, events marketing, campaign execution, or demand generation.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or fast-paced commercial environments preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a high-growth startup, scale-up, or fast-paced tech environment.
  • Exposure to regional marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia.
  • Additional Southeast Asian language skills such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Vietnamese.
  • Prior experience supporting conferences, trade shows, or partner events.
