Why This Role Matters
This role is responsible for driving pipeline from target accounts through coordinated field marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
You will design and execute high-impact engagement programs that combine:
- Targeted account-based marketing

Your mission is to capture account intent, expand buying group engagement, and generate measurable pipeline from priority accounts.
You will partner closely with Sales, Demand Generation, RevOps, and Customer Marketing to create repeatable programs that increase engagement, accelerate deal cycles, and multi-thread relationships within enterprise accounts.

Own and scale Smartcat’s Field Marketing and ABM strategy to drive measurable pipeline, account engagement, and revenue growth.
You will build a repeatable account engagement engine that activates target accounts through coordinated programs across events, digital channels, and personalized nurture journeys.
Outcomes
Account-Based Marketing
- Develop and execute ABM programs targeting priority enterprise accounts
- Identify and activate high-intent accounts through coordinated engagement programs
- Expand buying group engagement across multiple stakeholders within target accounts
- Partner with sales to align account plans, messaging, and engagement strategy
Field Marketing & Events
- Own Smartcat’s field marketing strategy across digital, physical, and hybrid events
- Execute high-impact industry events, executive roundtables, and field activations
- Plan and deliver targeted events designed to engage strategic accounts
- Partner with sales leadership to activate events that drive pipeline and accelerate deals
Digital Programs & Nurture
- Launch targeted digital campaigns and nurtures aligned to account engagement strategies
- Capture and activate intent signals and engagement data from marketing programs
- Develop multi-touch programs combining events, content, and digital engagement
- Drive continuous engagement across the buying journey
Account Engagement & Pipeline Creation
- Build programs that increase engagement across buying committees
- Create campaigns that support multi-threading within enterprise accounts
- Convert engagement into qualified pipeline and sales opportunities
- Partner with RevOps to measure account engagement and pipeline impact
Measurement & Optimization
- Track and optimize account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution
- Build reporting frameworks to measure ABM performance and marketing impact
- Continuously improve program ROI based on data and insights
