As a Marketer for Field Marketing France, you will support the execution of regional programs that drive pipeline and revenue impact within the French market. You’ll focus on hands-on event logistics, speaker coordination, and collaboration with France-based sales teams to deliver high-quality in-person and virtual experiences. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Field Marketing, EMEA, you’ll work closely with your regional Lead Marketer to ensure programs are aligned with local market needs and resonate with French audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute event logistics for regional in-person and virtual programs in France.
  • Support execution of regional field marketing programs, coordinating timeline management, and ensuring alignment across Revenue Marketing and Integrated Marketing pod activities.
  • Support third-party event sponsorships with booth coordination, materials preparation, and on-site execution.
  • Coordinate event invitations, registration management, and attendee communications in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Assist in speaker coordination, testimonial collection, and customer panel preparation.
  • Manage event vendors, venue coordination, catering, and production details to ensure professional execution.
  • Create event assets, including signage, promotional materials, and presentation decks adapted for French audiences.
  • Maintain event calendars, project timelines, and program documentation for French activities.
  • Explore and implement new event technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance attendee experiences and program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally has 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or related marketing roles, ideally within B2B environments.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, comfortable building relationships with sales teams and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Eager to learn field marketing strategy while excelling at operational execution and program coordination.
  • Curious about emerging technologies and event tools, with enthusiasm for testing innovative approaches to enhance event programs.
  • Adaptable mindset with willingness to learn new platforms, marketing technologies, and event management systems.
  • Experience with event logistics, including vendor management, venue coordination, and on-site production.
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments, takes direction well, and ensures smooth program execution.
