Training starts on January 4th | Start date: January 12th. We’re launching a new roofing company in St. Louis, backed by an established roofing company, and we need a Field Manager who can lead from the front. This is NOT a “clipboard manager” role. You’ll be in the field daily, driving production, standards, and results.


What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing 4–6 field reps (routing, accountability, coaching)
  • Running morning huddles + daily scoreboard
  • Ensuring reps execute: company leads + door knocking
  • Quality control: photos, notes, paperwork, contingency uploads
  • No-show recovery + reschedule discipline
  • Keeping the team on standard: 15 roofs per rep in the first 30 days, expectation.
