  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities meet safety, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Manage maintenance work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of all repairs.
  • Field Operations Leadership
  • Lead and supervise field technicians, maintenance staff, and contractors to support both in-facility and field-based work.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Coordinate field operations to ensure service calls, facility requests, and project assignments are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of service quality and responsiveness for internal and external customers.
  • Project, Vendor & Budget Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility improvement projects, renovations, and equipment installations.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in developing and managing budgets related to facilities, maintenance, and field operations.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, building codes, environmental regulations, and organizational safety standards.
  • Champion a safety-first culture through inspections, training, and incident prevention programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and facility records.
