As part of our ongoing growth, we're strengthening our Collections Team to boost recovery rates and reduce delinquency. We're looking for a hardworking, reliable, and hands-on Field Collector or Skip Tracer to join us.

We are seeking a dynamic Field Collector or Skip Tracer to join our Product Operations team. This role combines the responsibilities of a liaison officer and a sales development representative, ensuring robust client engagement beyond our offices. The Field Representative will play a critical role in bridging internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering relationships, and driving First Circle’s growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Personally deliver the physical demand letters to First Circle’s overdue customer on a daily basis.
• Collect post-dated cheques on behalf of First Circle’s sales and operations teams on a daily basis.
• Identify and engage potential clients through targeted prospecting efforts by delivering First Circle’s intent letters on a daily basis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong client relationships.
• Accurately document meetings and correspondence while delivering timely reports to relevant teams.
• Address client concerns with effective and efficient solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Years of Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience as a Field Collector or Skip Tracer.
• Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Motorcycle Requirement: Should own and drive a motorcycle.
• Field Work & Mobility: Willingness to do field work within and outside of Metro Manila.
• Work Ethic & Drive: Self-motivated and proactive, insists on excellence and is driven to constantly improve, displays initiative and independence in task execution.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborative and able to thrive in team-oriented environments.
