Role Overview:
The Field Collections Executive will be responsible for managing on-ground collections for business loan customers within an assigned territory in South India. (Chennai/Hyderabad/Bengaluru)
The role involves regular field visits, customer engagement, recovery of overdue amounts, and coordination with internal teams in Mumbai to ensure portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

Rigorous follow-up on assigned cases to ensure timely recovery and closure of outstanding amounts
On-ground visits to customers for payment follow-ups and resolution discussions
Coordination with exporters, buyers, and internal teams for effective collection
Tracking and updating collection status in internal systems and trackers
Identifying early signs of stress and escalating cases as required
Supporting settlement and resolution discussions, as per approval
Assisting in legal and recovery processes, including documentation support
