Your Mission: 

 Ontinue is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to help drive awareness of and demand for our cybersecurity offering within the UKI region. In this critical role, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team, responsible for overseeing the success of all demand generation initiatives and marketing events in the region. Your mission is to drive pipeline growth and enhance brand awareness by leveraging direct and channel marketing activities, identifying opportunities to expand the company’s mindshare and share of wallet. 

 

We’re looking for a candidate with a strong background in field marketing, particularly within the cybersecurity mid-market, who understands the ecosystem of vendors, partners, conferences, and digital events. 



Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop strategic and effective regional marketing plans to build pipelines and drive revenue goals. 
  • Work with Marketing and Sales teams to create and execute regional marketing programs tailored to local markets and target accounts. These include in-person and virtual events, webinars, roundtables, customer advisory boards, and more. 
  • Collaborate with the Head of Demand Generation on ABM campaigns, integrating events and customer engagement to drive account acquisition and growth. 
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and positioning that aligns with our Go-to-Market strategy. 
  • Manage events and channel programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet ROI expectations. 
  • Analyze program results and business contributions to OKRs through data-driven reporting and analytics.  
  • Drive post-event follow-up plans, including lead analysis and tracking to optimize conversion. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of experience in relevant field or event marketing roles within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company 
  • Strong Field and Channel Marketing expertise, personal drive, a history of career growth 
  • Ability to effectively communicate regional marketing plans and build buy-in with sales teams and channel 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating structure in dynamic situations. 
  • Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships with peers, sales teams, distributors, resellers, and customers. 
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to manage your business, and clearly communicate your results back to the organization. 
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
