  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable with pipeline metrics, campaign ROI, and hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation). 
  • Ability to travel for field events and partner programs
  • English Fluent/Native, any additional languages is a plus
  • Experience in Product Marketing is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute regional field events that support both channel/partner and direct sales.
  • Design and run co-marketing programs with strategic partners (events, content campaigns, etc.) 
  • Collaborate with partner managers to define joint marketing priorities aligned with the overall strategy.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the channel/alliances team, ensuring smooth coordination with the broader marketing team.
  • Develop marketing playbooks (e.g., “event in a box,”) to scale support across sales and partner teams.
  • Ensure sales and partners have the right collateral by tailoring existing materials where possible and coordinating with the marketing team for custom needs. / Adapt existing marketing material
  • Manage logistics, communications, and follow-up processes for all field and partner marketing activities.
  • Track, measure, and report on pipeline impact and ROI for each program and monitor competitor activities in the field to inform future planning.
