Job Description

• Communicating with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate technical solutions

• Providing technical support and training to customers, including troubleshooting technical issues

• Collaborating with the sales, BD and product management team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support

• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial meeting, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries

• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues

• Conducting product demonstrations and providing technical presentations to explain the company’s products to customers

• Testing new and updated software and hardware and providing feedback to development teams

• Documenting processes and customer interactions, and preparing reports for the management

• Participating in trade shows and seminars to promote the company’s products

Requirements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an FAE role, ideally within the semiconductor industry

• Experience with GNSS communication systems and communication chip architectures

• Familiar with various bench test & measurement equipment (spectrum analyzer, AWG, oscilloscope and other measurement tools) 

• Understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape related to GNSS chip manufacturing

• Experience in technical sales support, solution engineering, and customer relationship management

• Willing to travel
