Join our HPAM team to support EC fan and thermal management solutions across HVAC and data center applications in Hoofddorp office. You will act as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and R&D — driving design-in success, ensuring smooth validation, managing RMA feedback, and enabling product excellence from concept to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Act as product expert for EC fan electronics, motor control, firmware interface (PWM, 0–10V, Modbus, etc.), and system-level troubleshooting.
  • Design-in & Integration: Support customers throughout the full design cycle — from concept evaluation to mass production — ensuring EC fan electrical, control, and thermal performance meets system requirements.
  • RMA Management: Lead RMA case analysis for EC fans; on-site trouble shooting and problem analysis; identify root causes (hardware / firmware / system interaction), issue technical reports, and coordinate with factory quality and R&D for closure.
  • Customer Interface: Join sales for customer meetings, technical presentations, and training. Translate customer requirements into clear technical solutions.
  • Feedback & Roadmap: Capture VOC/VOE from customers; work with Product Marketing and R&D to align future roadmap and regional compliance (ErP, CE, UL, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, with software/firmware understanding (control logic, communication interface).
  • At least 3–5 years of FAE, application, or technical support experience in fan, motor drive, or power electronics industries.
  • Hands-on knowledge of EC motor control and communication protocols (PWM, 0–10V, Modbus, CAN).
  • Familiar with HVAC and data center system applications and related standards (ErP, EMC, IP, safety) will be pluse lots
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin will be a plus.
  • Open to 30-40% traveling
