We’re redefining how marketers generate pipeline through content - delivering quality, scale, and efficiency without the reliance on third-party data aggregators or offshore fulfillment.  NetLine is expanding our sales organization to capture new opportunities within high-growth verticals outside of enterprise IT.

  • Drive new business acquisition across enterprise, mid-market, and agency accounts throughout EMEA.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close managed-service lead generation programs tied to customer KPIs (CPL, pipeline, quality, reach).
  • Build trusted relationships with marketing, media, and demand generation decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and operations to maximize pipeline creation and campaign performance.
  • Deliver proactive, insight-led communication and proposals rooted in measurable outcomes.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM accuracy with discipline and accountability.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador for NetLine’s high-performance, high-energy sales culture  where grit, effort, and attitude drive success.
  • 3–5 years’ experience selling digital media, B2B demand generation, or performance-based marketing solutions.
  • Proven success hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, lead generation, ABM, and/or data-driven campaign delivery.
  • Hunter mindset - self-starter who thrives on prospecting, outreach, and new logo growth.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Grit, confidence, resilience, and genuine enthusiasm - the traits that define every top performer at NetLine.
  • Experience selling to agencies and enterprise brands a plus.
  • Familiarity with the martech ecosystem (intent data, ABM, content syndication, etc.) is highly valued.
