As a Student Debt Operations Associate, you’ll be helping people who use Fidelity’s Student Debt products. Your job will include assisting with enrollment, updating accounts, and handling daily tasks that keep everything running smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include: ● Processing participant enrollments and ongoing account changes ● Helping participants resolve their issues by following set procedures ● Staying organized and meeting service deadlines ● Collaborating with your team to solve problems and create a positive work atmosphere We are looking for students who:
  • Can thrive in a team-focused, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Are quick learners with strong communication skills (both speaking and writing)
  • Make good decisions and can effectively carry out strategies
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Can explain technical info in a way that’s clear for clients and coworkers
  • Take responsibility for their work and can manage a professional role, including being punctual, open to feedback, and adaptable with a positive attitude
  • Are available to work at least 20-22 hours per week, with the chance to work up to 30 hours during the school year and 39 hours during breaks, depending on our business needs
  • Can commit to working year-round, including during summer and winter breaks
