What you will be doing

As a Fiat Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that fiat deposits and withdrawals at Quidax run smoothly, efficiently, and at scale. Think of yourself as the problem solver who ensures that payments work seamlessly for our customers. Your work will involve automating processes, resolving operational issues, and supporting customer-facing teams.

The goal? A fast, reliable, and hassle-free fiat experience for our users.

What your day-to-day looks like

• Manage and optimize all fiat deposit and withdrawal channels to ensure minimal downtime.

• Automate processes to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency while reducing manual work.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, and product) to improve fiat channels and user experience.

• Maintain strong relationships with banks and payment providers to resolve issues

• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative payment solutions for Quidax users.
