We’re seeking a Fertility Network Contracting Manager to join our Network Strategy & Operations team and play a critical role in building, maintaining, and optimizing Maven’s fertility provider network. This role will be responsible for contracting and ongoing commercial management of fertility clinics and ancillary service providers—including laboratories, donor banks, and other key partners—ensuring competitive, compliant, and scalable network agreements that support Maven’s growth and client needs.

The Fertility Network Contracting Manager will collaborate closely with Fertility Network Strategy and Account Management, Legal, Finance, and Clinical Operations to execute new contracts, manage renewals, and maintain accurate and sustainable fee schedules across Maven’s fertility provider ecosystem.

As the Fertility Network Contracting Manager, you will:

  • Lead new provider contracting efforts for Maven’s fertility clinic network and ancillary service providers, including negotiating commercial terms, fee schedules, and contract language, in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
  • Own the renewal process for existing fertility clinic and ancillary provider agreements, proactively managing timelines, renegotiating rates and terms as needed, and ensuring continuity of network coverage.
  • Manage fee schedule development, updates, and maintenance, ensuring rates are competitive and aligned with market benchmarks.
  • Partner with Network Strategy and Clinical teams to assess network needs and support strategic expansion or optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of contracts, amendments, and fee schedules, ensuring compliance with internal governance processes and audit requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and scalability within network contracting and renewal workflows.
  • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics within fertility care and ancillary services to inform negotiation strategies and network planning.

We’re looking for you if you have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in provider contracting, network management, or strategic partnerships within healthcare, ideally with exposure to fertility, reproductive health, and/or specialty care networks.
  • Experience negotiating and managing provider agreements and fee schedules, including renewals and amendments.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare contracting concepts, including reimbursement structures, operational considerations, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and timelines simultaneously.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • A collaborative working style, paired with comfort owning negotiations and driving decisions forward.
