Female Bilingual (Mandarin & English) Household Manager & PA- Live-i

AI overview

Support a busy CEO with household and professional needs while ensuring a smooth home environment and providing reliable support for an 8-year-old child.

We are seeking a proactive, mature, bilingual Live-in Family PA to support a very busy CEO with household, child, and professional needs.

Primary responsibility (number one priority): family and household support. The successful candidate will take ownership of the household environment, provide reliable support for an 8-year-old child, and act as a calm, capable adult presence in the home. This is not a nanny-only role, but the household and family needs come first.

The role is approximately 50% family/child/household support and 50% professional support. Cooking and deep cleaning are not required (a housekeeper is in place), but the candidate must liaise with the housekeeper and coordinate household activities.

This is a long-term, live-in position for someone who values stability, initiative, and trust.

Family & Child Support / Household Management (≈50%) – Primary Focus

• Take full responsibility for the household environment when the principal is working or away

• Support an 8-year-old child with:

• School pick-ups and drop-offs

• Homework, reading, play, and activities (Mandarin encouraged)

• Maintaining routines and organisation of personal items (clothing, school materials, toys)

• Coordinate with the housekeeper to manage daily household activities, schedules, and tasks

• Ensure the household runs smoothly, anticipate needs, and resolve minor issues independently

• Provide a reliable, responsible adult presence in the home, supporting the principal’s wellbeing

Note: Cooking and deep cleaning are handled by the housekeeper. This role focuses on coordination, oversight, and proactive household management, as well as supporting the principal’s comfort and organisation.

Professional / PA Support (≈50%)

• Provide day-to-day Personal Assistant support to a busy CEO

• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics

• Handle emails, correspondence, follow-ups, and general administration

• Support property development–related administration if experience allows, including:

• Coordination of construction, planning, and development-related documents

    • Liaising with consultants, contractors, architects, planners, and agents

• Organising files, approvals, timelines, and compliance documentation

• Assisting with property management and operational tasks across projects

• Track tasks, deadlines, and next steps across multiple projects

• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and maintain organised systems

• Support ad-hoc business and operational tasks as required

Note: While prior property development experience is not required, candidates with relevant experience will be able to contribute in these areas.
