ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor feed sampling
Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly
Monitor daily/weekly inventory in feed and ingredient
Monitor and adjust TM's schedules
Complete all necessary daily/weekly paperwork associated with production, QA, maintenance, 6S, and safety
Implement and monitor SOP in position
Complete all paperwork and reports associated with the mill.
Match feed delivery tickets, etc.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Recommends personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and/or disciplinary actions.

EDUCATION:

Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

EXPERIENCE:

Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience.
