AFS is looking for an amazing colleague to join our Marketing + Communications (M+C) team in a Client Relationship Management (CRM) Operations role.  The CRM Operations role is essential to helping our CRM team execute and optimize CRM campaigns and activities.  This role also collaborates with colleagues across the M+C team to activate and measure CRM activities.  

The Work:

  • Provide CRM operations and execution support for a range of activities in partnership with the CRM team.
  • Lead the creation and distribution of a monthly CRM update, providing essential insights, resources, and program news to all Client Account Leads.
  • Support and contribute to CRM-related data analysis efforts--identifying key trends and insights to inform client engagement strategies, ensuring data accuracy, and maximizing potential for CRM value and impact. 
  • Manage and streamline CRM operational processes, ensuring timely updates and efficient sharing of CRM and wider M+C campaigns and resources with Client Account Leads.
  • Assist with the implementation of automation initiatives and workflow streamlining efforts to enhance team productivity for CRM-specific efforts.
  • Partner with the CRM Lead to operationalize and industrialize key CRM program components, enhancing efficiency and scalability across the organization.
  • Manage self-service event support for client teams, ensuring they have access to key marketing assets and resources for client-focused and select industry events.
  • Coordinate and organize participation in client-focused events, such as awards dinners, galas, or networking functions, handling logistics to ensure seamless representation and engagement.
  • Provide event execution support for select client and industry sponsorships, with guidance for the CRM lead and in partnership with the event planning team.   
  • Manage and maintain association memberships, including timely renewals and coordination with relevant stakeholders. 

Here's what you need:

  • 3 years of experience in professional services or military organization.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and sales enablement strategies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office. 

Bonus points if you have:

  • Exposure to or experience in a B2B or B2G environment.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing management and client relationship management systems.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills. 
  • Comfort navigating a large, matrixed organization and evolving processes and systems.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong problem-solver with an agile mindset. 
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
