Chewy is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, dedicated Operational Compliance Program Manager to join our exciting and fast-paced team. What You’ll Do:

  • Work with leaders all fulfillment centers, pharmacies, and the corporate offices to ensure that compliance is being met in regards to operational compliance and SOX Compliance.
  • Implement and modify processes to reduce risk specific to compliance and regulation of SOX.
  • Partner with various stakeholders in the business to inspire change and communicate findings
  • Develop and perform compliance audits across the FC and Pharmacy networks.
  • Ensure Document Control and Record Keeping are taking place around SOX requirements.
  • Work with partners to create remediation plans for any audit findings.
  • Assess risk as the Supply Chain Network grows, fulfillment centers continue to open, hiring increases, and the product selection continues to increase
  • Partner with site leaders at each of the FC's and regional quality team to drive compliance, training, awareness and change at the hourly Team Member level
  • Create and conduct trainings to improve compliance, raise awareness, and improve engagement around SOX with the FCs and pharmacies.
  • Work with tech and WMS teams to communicate needs for compliance in certain processes within operations
  • Create and implement metrics and data points that communicate efforts and results within the network

What You’ll Need:

  • A Bachelor’s or an equivalent degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in Inventory Control or Internal Audit is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SOX regulations
  • Willing to travel approximately 25% of time
  • Ability to prioritize competing priorities with tight deadlines
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills required
  • Excitement for working in a start-up environment with high level of ambiguity and change
  • Metrics driven mindset
  • Customer service obsession, with willingness to do whatever it takes to satisfy customer needs
  • Effective communicator and leader for employees, direct reports, cross-functional teams and executive leadership
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt and drive the right results using data
  • Highest levels of integrity and ethics
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work in both a team environment as well as independently, sometimes in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, changing environment workplace
